PREVENTING DUPLICATE ENTRIES
With Enfotek's HR Module, when a new record is created, the system will now alert users if the name, surname, or national ID number already exists within the system, thereby preventing duplicate entries. Professional ERP users can filter applications based on specific date ranges, allowing them to review applicants more efficiently.
TRACKING USER ACTIONS
Another newly added feature is the ability to filter applications based on personnel type. This allows users to select and review applications by specific categories, such as blue-collar or white-collar workers. Additionally, user activity logs are now maintained; the system records which user performed an action and at what date and time, providing complete transparency and traceability of user actions.
PRESERVING CANDIDATE RECORDS
