Enfotek Endüstriyel Bilişim ve Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“Enfotek”, “Company”) processes your personal data in accordance with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) by collecting, recording, storing for the periods provided by law, retaining, classifying, updating and—within legal limits—transferring it to third parties, as described below. When you visit our website, submit contact / quote forms, subscribe to updates or request support, we may process identity and contact data such as name, email, phone, company / title and message content. - Customer / user relationship management and complaint handling
- Contract processes and compliance with legal obligations

- Providing information to competent public authorities where required by law
4. Transfers
Your data may be shared with service providers (hosting, email, analytics), business partners and competent authorities in line with the PDPL. Cross-border transfers follow the procedures set out in the Law.
5. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purpose and for any statutory limitation / retention periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the PDPL you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction when the reasons for processing no longer exist
- Object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
