The new Production Efficiency Monitoring from Enfotek ERP and Software Solutions facilitates many aspects of tasks for users. With the Production Efficiency Monitoring in EDS, users can easily track hourly quantity and production quality performance. This allows the users to measure production line-based or operator-based efficiency and performance.

HOURLY PRODUCTION LINE MONITORING

Productivity monitoring is easy with the Production Efficiency Monitoring screen which includes:

•     The periods entered through the system for the models are listed on the efficiency monitoring screen.
•     Once the periodic time definitions of the production lines are selected on the calendar, the hours for each production line are listed on the efficiency monitoring screen.
•     The amount of production line output per hour is locked and the amount cannot be changed by any user except the system administrator.
•     By following the hourly stops of the production lines, improvements can be made to increase performance.
•     The sewing quality performance of the production lines can be monitored through quality control results and individual-based quality performance improvement can be implemented.
